I’m Kaden, a 21‑year‑old entrepreneur born and raised in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. I started Process Point for one reason: small businesses deserve better.

Growing up here, I watched friends, family, and local shop owners grind day and night just to keep their doors open. When you’re starting out, every dollar matters. Every sale matters. And every unnecessary fee feels like a punch to the gut. I saw how much those “little” processing fees added up!

I didn’t come from money. I didn’t have investors or a safety net. I know exactly what it feels like to build something from nothing, where one bad month can set you back for six. That’s why I built Process Point the way I did. Transparent, local, and built to protect the businesses that keep Minnesota running.

I’m not a call center. I’m not a corporation. I’m a real person who answers the phone, shows up, and actually cares.

My mission is simple: Help businesses keep more of the money they earn. Whether you’re a restaurant, a boutique, a barber, a contractor, service based, or an online shop. you deserve a system that works for you, not against you.

I started this business because I wanted to make a real change. Not someday. Not “when I’m older.” Right now.
